This price list is valid for the use of rental bikes offered by nextbike Czech Republic. For nextbike in countries other than Czech Republic and/or partner systems, the terms and conditions of the applicable partners apply.
1. Registration
- Before first rental, it is necessary to verify credit card by transferring credit to a customer’s account. This credit may be applied to rentals in all tariff levels, in all countries with nextbike presence, it does not expire and it cannot be returned. The minimum credit amount is 50 CZK.

Mechanical bikes – cheaper thanks to Nadace Tipsport
Unlimited number of rentals for the first 30 minutes free. In cities where 15 minutes are already free thanks to the promotion, you get a total of 45 minutes free. After the rental is ended, you can not rent a bike with the benefit of first 15 minutes free for another 10 minutes. This benefit is valid only for one bike at the same time.
Mechanical bikes – for Multisport holders
Valid for all mechanical nextbikes in the Czech Republic (not for e-bikes). In cities where the first 15 minutes are already free thanks to a city or other advantageous promotion, this benefit is automatically added on top. The total discount also applies to the competing Rekola service. The number of free rentals per Multisport account is therefore limited to 2×60 free minutes per day for both services combined. This benefit apply for one bike at the same time only. Applies to the first two rides. After the rental is ended, you can not rent a bike with the benefit of first 15 minutes free for another 10 minutes.
Mechanical bikes – for ISIC holders
Unlimited number of rentals for the first 30 minutes free. In cities where 15 minutes are already free thanks to the promotion, you get a total of 45 minutes free. After the rental is ended, you can not rent a bike with the benefit of first 15 minutes free for another 10 minutes. This benefit is valid only for one bike at the same time.
Mechanical bikes – for Lítačka holders

After the 30 minutes interval free of charge will be charged according to the normal fare. The monthly subscription is valid for 31 days following the order and its full value is debited instantly. The tariff is only valid for one bike. The minimum contractual period is one month. Annual tariff is valid for 365 days. After the 30 minutes interval free of charge will be charged according to the normal fare. The tariff is valid for one bike only. 5. Reservation
Reservation is charged with 10 CZK for every bike reserved even though the customer does not rent a bike. Reservation is valid for 15 minutes. A bike reservation can be done remotely but the bike can be rented only when standing next to it.
6. Discounted rates in the Czech Republic
- Special conditions apply in many cities as a result of local cooperative. Further information regarding these may be found online. The applicable discounts reduce rental rates for the selected tariffs.
- All special conditions apply, as a rule, to one bike only.
7. Additional fees
- Invoices listing individual rentals may be issued upon customer request or customer can download it from our website, in his account.
- A service fee of 50 CZK plus the actual expense incurred shall be charged for return-debit transactions.
8. Service fees
- A fee up to 500 CZK shall be applied should the rental unit not be returned to an official station. In case the distance to the nearest official station is more than 3 km, the charge is 1000 CZK. The right to charge a higher fee in individual cases in which the actual expense incurred is higher than this amount remains unaffected. Return locations may be found online or via the app.
- Should the bike be returned incorrectly or not be locked correctly, a service fee up to 12 500 CZK shall be applied for mechanical bikes and 50 000 CZK for e-bikes. When returning the bike to the forbidden zone, the customer is charged 1000 CZK.
- The user is obliged to check the end of the rental in the application in rental history. If the rental doesn´t stop, the customer has to contact the customer service in order to solve the situation with our operator or If the user does not let us know about a problem with the rental, there will be a fee of 100 CZK charged. In case there is no evidence from the user concerning problematic ending of a rental and the rental overlaps 24 hours, an extra service fee of 100 CZK will be charged per each beginning day. If the user does not inform us about the problem with rental repeatedly, there will be a fee of 500 CZK charged.
- Should the bike be opened remotely or by entering the wrong number a fee of 100 CZK shall be When opening the bike repeatedly, there is a fee of 500 CZK.
- Should the bike be stolen as a result of negligence, customer participation (deductible) shall be charged fee in the amount of 12 500 CZK in the case of a mechanical bike and 50000 CZK in the case of an e-bike.

- In individual cases, nextbike Czech Republic reserves the right to charge service fees in accordance with actual expenses incurred.
