Office Manager

Right now we are looking for an office manager to help us improve a few internal processes and take a few agendas under their wing. As it’s still a bit punk in our company, we need more of an analytical mind who can tighten things up, meet deadlines and keep things under control.

What will it be about?

  • Assistance with controlling, analysis of data from our systems and preparation of documents
  • Management of fleet and work equipment
  • Supporting the customer care team in dealing with claims on our bikes
  • Communicating with external parties in dealing with property damage
  • Supporting the effective management of service teams
  • Monitoring contract deadlines, invoicing documents
  • Management and recording of spare parts
    • Workload will be fine-tuned together and is likely to change over time due to the seasonality of our business. You will see into multiple drawers and help us organize them. Therefore, qualities such as responsibility, autonomy, reliability rather than skills are absolutely essential for us. We’ll build the rest on those.

      Qualifications

      • Excellent organizational skills
      • King of multi-tasking
      • Nutritional assertiveness in communicating with external parties
      • Independence
      • Experience in administrative/office positions an advantage
      • Experience with Slack, Trello programs preferred

      We need you from December 2021/January 2022 at our head office in Olomouc.
